LITIBÚ is a small contained community of individually designed hillside and beach homes in Banderas Bay (Bay of the Flags), in the state of Nayarit on the Pacific Coast in Mexico. The house is constructed with an earthquake-proof steel corset according to German engineering standards. Most of the bracing is elegantly tucked away behind a well crafted façade. Shape and colours echo natural forms, emphasizing lightness and functionality.
